Carol Steen and Chad Sikora did the title sequence. Carol is a genuine synesthete: she sees music in shapes and colors. She’s also a fabulous painter. Chad is a first-rate animator at the Molecule. Together they accurately captured the synesthetic experience. Check out "Making of Soundcheck" to see the fascinating process of how it all came together.  

Jesse Spielman used the computer language Processing and manipulated the images to move with the music. He makes Bill’s bass disappear, the pixels flying off screen to the exact force of Bill’s strumming.

Jazzmen Lee-Johnson uses her hands. She drew some astonishing animations of Bernie and dr. Israel and made the song “Sensimilia” live up to its name. Simple but spectacular stuff.

VJ Rhett is a video DJ. He manipulated footage in real time using his VJ programs. The effect is something like mescaline. Everything is changing both arbitrarily and in a way that makes perfect sense.

Then there were the people who kept the whole thing on track. Specifically, Luis de Leon, who edited the film, and Luke diTomasso, who oversaw the whole messy post-production process.
